Awareness, not advice

Campaigns on Askofy share general information to raise awareness, for example about the warning signs of a stroke. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always ask a qualified doctor about your own health or someone else's.

Accuracy

Health campaigns are prepared with, or reviewed by, the campaign partners named in them, such as medical trusts or clinicians, and are based on published guidance at the time of writing. Medical knowledge changes, and content may simplify complex topics for a general audience. Figures, such as neurons lost per minute, are averages from published research, and illustrations are simplified. Neither can predict any individual case.

Scores and certificates

A quiz score shows what you remembered at that moment. A certificate shows that you completed a campaign. Neither is a medical, clinical or professional qualification, and neither permits anyone to give medical care.

Partners and trademarks

Partner names, logos and marks (such as Brainline, Purva Medical Trust and SHAAADOWSSS®) belong to their owners and appear with permission. Their appearance does not mean they endorse anything beyond the campaign they are named in.
